Instructions for Online Shopping
Ordering through www.anamibags.com is very easy. You need to follow these steps:
- Register
- Item selection
- View cart
- Enter customer and place of delivery information
- Delivery method
- Choose a payment method
- Review and confirm purchase order – order completion
1. Register
You can visit our online store and make the desired purchase in it as a Registered User or as a Guest. You can get acquainted with the registration process here.
2. Item selection
At the top of each page there is a drop-down menu, where you can select the SHOPPING page with already made bags and select the bag you want to buy, and you can also select the Create your bag page, where you will create the bag you want to buy. When you find the bag you want to order, click on its picture or the name of the bag, to get detailed information about the bag. You can add the selected item to the cart by clicking on the “Add to Cart” button. Next, feel free to continue browsing the product, and you can add more products to the cart.
3. View cart
When you have finished placing the products in the basket and want to order them, click on the sketch of the basket, which is located in the upper right corner of the page, and then on the option “VIEW THE BASKET”. The basket page shows all the products that you can put in it now. You can specify in the basket how many pieces of one product you want to order, or if you have changed your mind about one of them, you can throw the product out of the basket.
The basket is the starting point in creating a purchase order. Once you’re happy with the contents of your cart, move on to the next step – Payment.
4. Enter customer and place of delivery information
In this step, you need to provide information about the customer and the address where the package needs to be delivered. If you are registered and logged in, your data will be remembered, so you will not have to enter it again. If you are buying as a natural person, state the data from the ID card as information about the customer. If you are ordering as a legal entity (company), provide valid information about the company.
Delivery place information is the information where you want us to send the shipment. Please provide all the information as accurately as possible so that the couriers who deliver the shipments can find you as easily as possible. In case of incorrectly entered data, your shipment may be returned and delivery may be slower.
5. Delivery method
Next, you will be shown how the shipment will be delivered to you (courier service, free delivery, etc.)
6. Choose a payment method
In this step, you need to choose how you want to pay for the ordered products. Anamibags.com supports the following payment methods:
- payment slip at the bank or post office counter
- e-banking
- payment by payment cards during the purchase process on the site (online payment)
- PayPal (only for non-residents of Serbia)
- cash on delivery at the time of delivery, exclusively for purchase and delivery on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.

7. View and confirm purchase order – complete order
Finally, before you confirm the purchase order, please take another look at all its details. If you agree with the purchase order, select the option “CONFIRM THE ORDER” thus creating it. Automatically with the confirmation of the purchase order to the registration email, ie to the email you entered during the ordering process (if you order as a Guest), a confirmation for the ordered items is sent to you, and after processing the order you will receive all subsequent information to the email address.
