We are fully committed to making products of exceptional quality. If it still happens that you are not satisfied with some of our products, you have the right to replace it. Replacing an item with another item does not apply to products that are manufactured to your design and requirement or are personalized.
After you have ordered some of our items on the website www.anamibags.com that you determined did not suit you after receipt, please contact us immediately.
The replacement procedure is extremely simple: Send us a completed item replacement form .
We will confirm receipt of the same and send you further instructions for replacing the item.
Your application for product replacement will be processed as soon as possible, and we will inform you in writing about the outcome (email address from which the product replacement form was received).
After you provide us with your consent for the proposed solution, we will proceed to a prompt and efficient resolution of your replacement request.
You can exchange the bag you bought, which you want to return to us, for the same model of bag in a different color or color combination, you can also replace it with another model of bag of the same, smaller or larger price category with an additional surcharge if the new desired product is in a larger price category or with a refund of part of the money if it is in a lower price category.

The basic precondition for replacing an initially purchased item is that it is correct and unworn. The ordered item cannot be changed if it is worn or damaged by another type of improper use.

Replacement deadline
The deadline for changing the size of the item is 14 days from the moment of submitting the request by the customer, and after receiving the product.
Shipping costs
The costs of replacing the goods (return of the initially purchased product, delivery of a new product) are borne by the buyer, except in cases where the buyer receives a defective or incorrect item when www.anamibags.com bears the cost of transport (return of the initially purchased product, delivery of a new replacement product).
If you order our products for delivery outside the border of the Republic of Serbia, please keep in mind that in addition to the cost of transport, you have additional local costs (customs, taxes, bank fees, etc.) for each delivery. For these reasons, we suggest to all customers who want to order our bags for the first time or want delivery outside the borders of the Republic of Serbia to consult with our operator about all product-related details in order to minimize possible mistakes in model and design choices.
