For residents of Serbia
Cash on delivery payment at the time of delivery
If you want to buy a product in our online store, and the delivery is on the territory of the Republic of Serbia, you have the option of paying cash on delivery at the time of delivery via the courier service. Cash on delivery is not possible for items that are manufactured according to special customer requirements or that are personalized.
You will make the payment to the courier service upon delivery of the shipment. Please prepare the exact amount of cash to avoid possible complications with the return of change.
In the case of a refund when you paid for the goods in cash, we undertake to make the refund exclusively via payment card (VISA, EC/MC, Maestro and other electronic payment methods) or by payment to your current account. You may not, under any circumstances, request a cash refund for a transaction made in cash.
Payment at the time of ordering
When ordering a product, which should be produced according to your special requirements or clearly personalized, this method of payment is not available to you, but you are obliged to pay the amount of the order in advance, namely:
- By payment slip at the counter of a bank or post office
- By e-banking

This payment method implies that after confirming the purchase order, which will be sent to you by email, you pay the amount from the purchase order to our account at the counter of the bank or post office. The e-mail itself shows the payment slip with the amount and information about the account to which you should make the payment.
Products from these orders will be reserved for three days. Please make your payment within that period.
Payment by E-banking
This payment method implies that after confirming the order, which will be sent to your email, you pay the amount from the purchase order.
You make the payment through your e-banking account. All payment details will be automatically sent to your email.

For non-residents of Serbia
Payment by payment card
If you chose this type of payment when purchasing, the payment will be made through the global service for online payment and payment 2Checkout. 2Checkout is an intermediary in the sale of our products, which allows our customers to make purchases using different payment methods. These payment methods include credit/debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Diner’s Club, JCB.
Provider 2Checkout ensures the safety of online purchases.

Payment by Pay Pal
If you selected the PayPal option when choosing the payment method and confirmed the payment, the system will redirect you to the PayPal platform, where you need to enter your username and password and access your account.
After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Payment via PayPal can only be made by non-residents of the Republic of Serbia. Residents of the Republic of Serbia are not permitted by law to pay via PayPal. In case of non-compliance with the rules, the buyer bears criminal and material responsibility.
