On all products you buy on the website www.anamibags.com you have the right to file a complaint, complaint or objection in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection (“Official Gazette of RS” No. 62/2014, 6/2016-other law I 44/2018-other law).
Complaints, complaints and objections, as well as the request for elimination of non-compliance can be stated in accordance with the provisions defined in Articles 51, 52, 53 and 54 of the Law on Consumer Protection. The procedure for resolving them is carried out on the basis of the provisions of the above-mentioned law, as well as the provisions of the Law on Trade (“Official Gazette of RS” No. 53/10, 10/2013). You also have the right to file a complaint due to incorrectly calculated prices and other shortcomings defined by this law.
If the delivered goods do not comply with the contract, after you have notified us as a seller of non-conformity, you have the right to request that we eliminate the non-conformity, free of charge, repair or replacement, or to request a corresponding price reduction or terminate the contract.
As a consumer, you have the right to choose whether we will eliminate the non-conformity of the goods by repair or replacement, all depending on the type and type of non-conformity on the subject item.
If the elimination of non-compliance by repair or replacement is not possible, you have the right to request an appropriate price reduction or termination of the contract, in accordance with paragraphs 3 and 4 of Article 52 of the Law on Consumer Protection.
You have the right to request a replacement, appropriate price reduction or to terminate the contract due to the same or other lack of conformity that occurs after the first repair, and re-repair is possible only with your express consent.
Taking into account the nature of the goods and the purpose for which you procured them, the repair or replacement must be carried out within a reasonable time without significant inconvenience to you as a consumer, and with your written consent.
If the non-conformity occurs within six months from the date of the transfer of risk to the consumer, you have the right to choose between the requirement to eliminate the non-conformity by replacement, appropriate price reduction or to declare the termination of the contract.
If the non-conformity occurs within six months from the day the risk is passed on to the consumer, the elimination of the non-conformity is possible by repair with your explicit consent.
Non-conformity of goods in terms of the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection exists if the sold goods do not have the properties necessary for regular use of that type of goods, and in accordance with its purpose as defined by the relevant Declaration.
If the non-conformity occurs within six months from the date of transfer of risk to the consumer, it is presumed that the non-conformity existed at the time of transfer of risk, unless it is contrary to the nature of the goods and the nature of certain non-conformity or if you did not act in accordance with the declaration.
www.anamibags.com as the seller is not liable for non-compliance if at the time of concluding the contract you as a consumer were aware or could not remain unaware that the goods are not in accordance with the contract.
All costs that are necessary for the goods to comply with the contract, and especially the costs of labor, materials, collection and delivery, we bear as a seller.
You cannot terminate the contract if the non-conformity of the goods is insignificant.
The seller is responsible for the non-compliance of the goods with the contract that occurs within two years from the date of transfer of risk to you as a consumer.

Please follow the step-by-step procedure and each of your possible problems will be solved quickly and efficiently to the mutual satisfaction.
You can send us your complaint, complaint or remark by sending us a completed document „Complaint, replacement, correction, refund form“ to an email address info@anamibags.com. It is necessary to submit a scan / photocopy of the invoice of the delivery note that came with the product with this completed form. In case you are not able to fill in this form, you can email us all the required information from the form with the invoice / delivery note as an attachment.
After receiving your complaint, reclamation or remark, we will confirm in writing the receipt of the same within one day and announce the number under which it is registered in our records of received complaints.
We will inform you in writing as soon as possible, and no later than 8 days from the day of receipt of your complaint, complaint or objection. The deadline for resolving the complaint is in accordance with the law 15 days from the moment of its receipt.
After the expert evaluation of your complaint, reclamation or remark, we will inform you in writing about the decision (accepted or rejected remark of the consumer regarding any basis for reclamation of the item) and how to resolve the complaint, reclamation or remark in accordance with , appropriate price reduction, replacement or repair of the item).

After receiving your statement, we will proceed to a jointly agreed resolution of the complaint, reclamation or objection within a defined period.
Exceptions to the right to withdraw from the contract are provided in accordance with Article 37 of the Law on Consumer Protection. The consumer has no right to withdraw from the contract in the case of delivery of goods produced according to special consumer requirements or clearly personalized (Law on Consumer Protection, Article 37, paragraph 3).
If, for objective reasons, we are unable to comply with your request within the agreed time, we will notify you of the extension. The consumer must also give his consent for this possible extension of the deadline for resolving the complaint, reclamation or objection.
The inability of you as a consumer to deliver the packaging of the goods to us as the seller is not a condition for resolving the complaint or a reason for refusing to eliminate the non-compliance.
