After you confirm the desired order on the website www.anamibags.com, you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been received. The email will contain information for delivery (name and surname, address, contact phone), list of ordered items, individual prices and total price.
Delivery on the territory of the Republic of Serbia
Delivery time
The deadline for making handbags that are made according to your design and handing over the handbags to the courier service is a maximum of 7 to 10 working days and starts on the first following working day from the confirmation of the order. The expected time of transfer and delivery of the shipment for the territory of Serbia is 1 working day. Delivery time can be shorter if you order items from the online store, which are in stock.
All your orders placed during the weekend and holidays will be processed on the first following working day.

Pick up a shipment
We deliver your orders with the support of Daily Express and Post Express partners. Couriers bring the shipment to the delivery address (which you left when ordering) in the period from 08:00 to 16:00. Please ensure that there is a person at the address who can pick up the shipment during that period. It is important that you review the package when you pick up the shipment. If you notice that the shipping box is significantly damaged and you suspect that the product may be damaged, refuse to accept the shipment and notify us immediately by email info@anamibags.com.
If the shipment is seemingly undamaged, pick up the shipment and sign the courier’s address book.
The Daily Express courier tries to deliver each shipment twice. It is common practice for the courier, if he does not find you at the address, to call you on the phone you left when creating the purchase order and arrange a new delivery date. If he still can’t find you at the address, the shipment will be returned to us. Upon receipt of the shipment, we will contact you to determine the reason for non-delivery and arrange for resending. If the Post Express courier fails to deliver the shipment, it will leave a note with the package number in your mailbox so that you can pick it up for the next 5 working days at the nearest Post Office.
Shipping cost
Delivery of products for our customers in the territory of the Republic of Serbia is free. Shipping costs are borne by www.anamibags.com.
Overseas delivery
Delivery time and delivery price
If the bag is made especially for you, according to your design, the deadline in which we will deliver the shipment to the courier service is 7-10 working days and starts on the first following working day from the confirmation of the order. The delivery time of the shipment can be shorter if you order items from the online store, which are in stock.

Product delivery costs outside the territory of Serbia are included in the price of the product, which is expressed in EUR and US $. The expected time of transfer and delivery of the shipment to Europe is 3 to 10 working days. The expected time of transfer and delivery of the shipment for the rest of the world is 10 to 15 working days. You can view the expected maturity of the shipment for each country here.
After sending the shipment, we will send you an email with the code of your order, based on which you can track its status.

When downloading, please visually inspect the delivered package to determine that it does not have any visible damage. If you have received an order and during the visual inspection you notice that there are damages that you suspect could have affected the quality of the delivered product, please receive the package and take a photo of the package you received. If after opening the package and inspecting the products you bought, you find that the products were damaged during transport, please also take photos and send all those photos with the complaint form to our operator at info@anamibags.com.
You need to notify us immediately of any problems via email info@anamibags.com, in order to be more efficient in future deliveries.
If the shipment is seemingly undamaged during the visual inspection, you can sign the receipt of the shipment and pick it up freely.
Note for delivery of goods outside the territory of Serbia:
- The delivery time shown in the table of courier services we work with is informative. Anamibags.com does not guarantee the delivery time indicated in the table. During security checks, the shipment may be delayed for security checks for longer than the expected time, which delays the planned due time. Delivery deadlines also depend on specific local legal regulations, among other things, on the terms of work of customs services and the procedures for their handling, which may be reflected in the aforementioned delivery deadlines. Prolongation of delivery time is also expected in the high holiday season, when shipment processing may be slower than usual. When planning your orders, please keep in mind any unforeseen circumstances that may occur, which may affect the projected delivery times and do not depend on Anamibags.com.
- Please note that depending on the purchase amount and local regulations, you may be obliged to pay the cost of customs and value added tax on the purchased products, as well as any existing additional dependent costs (preparation of customs documentation, etc.) all in accordance with local legislation.
