Money Return
After you return the product (bag or backpack) on which you file a complaint, and which is made according to your design, ie. upon request, we will send you either a repaired product or a new correct product with the same design of yours, and if we are unable to do so, we will refund your money. If you bought the product you are complaining about as a finished product in our online store (non-personalized), we will send you either a repaired item or a new valid item or a replacement item that you opted for or in case we no longer have the item available and you do not want Delivery of another item from our range will be refunded to you.
The refund procedure
is simple and consists of several steps:
- Please send us a completed refund form to info@anamibags.com, which you can download here and attach the necessary documentation.
- The online store operator will send you a confirmation of the validity of the submitted data as well as instructions for returning the product.
- Pack the returnable product adequately to prevent damage during transport. Be sure to attach an invoice / delivery note. Refunds are made in accordance with the instructions you received from our operator, and depend on the basis for the refund.
- We will refund as soon as possible, and after receiving the product and verifying its adequate correct condition.
- If the Buyer withdraws from the distance contract before the delivery of the product, the money will be returned to the account as soon as possible. Also in case we are not able to deliver the desired product and you do not want another from our range, the money will also be returned to you as soon as possible.
The ordered item, without prior agreement with the operators in the Online Store, cannot be sent on its own initiative to the address on the invoice / delivery note or from this site. Any such package will be returned to the sender at his expense.
Manner and cost of refunds
In the case of a refund for products you have paid for with one of the payment cards, we undertake to make a refund exclusively through the payment card with which you made the payment (VISA, EC / MC, Maestro and other electronic payment methods). At the request of the seller, the bank will refund the funds exclusively to the account of the card user from whom the item was paid. If you paid for the products when picking up in cash, we undertake to deposit the money either to your current account or to a payment card. Please note that in no case, under any circumstances, can you request a refund in cash for a transaction made using one of the payment cards, as well as for payments made in cash. The amount of money you paid under the distance contract will be refunded to you as soon as possible, without delay (no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal statement). The costs of returning the goods and money are borne by the buyer in case of withdrawal from the distance contract or replacement of the item with another item. In case of non-conformity of the item, delivery of the wrong item or item with a defect, the cost of transporting the goods and money is borne by www.anamibags.com.
