For residents of Serbia (delivery on the territory of the Republic of Serbia)

- When ordering products that should be manufactured according to the special requirements of consumers or clearly personalized, the consumer is obliged to pay in advance the amount of the order, as follows:

The service of delivery of goods on the territory of Serbia and for the rest of the world is defined here. We deliver purchased goods on the territory of the Republic of Serbia via the courier service Post Express and Daily Express. Delivery on the territory of Serbia is free. We use the services of the POST EXPORT service for the delivery of goods outside the territory of Serbia. The deadline for making handbags that are made according to your design and handing over the handbags to the courier service is a maximum of 7 to 10 working days. The expected time of transfer and delivery of the shipment for the territory of Serbia is 1 working day, for Europe it is 3 to 10 working days, and for the rest of the world it is 10 to 15 working days.
Products delivered to countries outside the territory of the Republic of Serbia are invoiced with the amount of transport costs. Please note that depending on the amount of purchase and local legislation, you may be obliged to pay the cost of customs duties and value added tax on purchased products, as well as any existing additional dependent costs (preparation of customs documentation, etc.), all in accordance with local legislation.
You have the right to cancel the Distance Contract at any time, before or after receiving the product, if you have ordered a finished product from our online store. The consumer has no right to withdraw from the contract in the case of delivery of goods produced according to special consumer requirements or clearly personalized (Law on Consumer Protection, Article 37, paragraph 3). Please note that you do not have the right to cancel the distance contract, if you ordered a bag or backpack, which you designed yourself with the help of our application or if you ordered a ready-made product from the online store, which we personalized at your request. If after receiving the ordered goods you find that you want to exchange the item for another item, which may be larger, smaller or the same price category than the previously ordered item, you can replace it within 14 days as defined here. Replacing an item with another item does not apply to products that are manufactured to your design and requirement or are personalized.
For all products purchased through the website www.anamibags.com, you have the right to file a complaint, reclamation or objection in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. After you return the product (bag or backpack) on which you file a complaint (in agreement with our operator), which is made according to your design, ie. upon request, we will send you either a repaired product or a new correct product with the same design as yours, and if we are unable to do so, we will refund your money. If you bought the product you are complaining about as a finished product in our online store (non-personalized), we will send you either a repaired item or a new valid item or a replacement item that you opted for or in case we no longer have the item available and you do not want You will be refunded for the delivery of another item from our range.
